Janet Preston is an expert in special education law and has represented students with disabilities in public schools across the metro Atlanta area since 2010.  Mrs. Preston represents children with special needs ages 3 to 22 to ensure they receive appropriate and individualized education and services through IEPs and 504 Plans. Mrs. Preston has attended hundreds of IEP and 504 meetings, successfully serving the needs of families to insure access to services. Her special education experience includes representing students with all disabilities, as well as lobbying and litigation. Mrs. Preston has specific expertise in developing programs for students who require maximum services in the LRE.
